font-size: 16px; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(33, 37, 41); text-align: justify; line-height: 24px; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;">وی که جرمش این بود که اسرار هویدا می کرد  با عزمی راسخ در جهت تحقق فردایی بهتر برای فرزندان این مرز و بوم تلاش نموده است و در این مسیر پر مخاطره  با قلمی شیوا، تباهی های سیستم آموزش و پرورش را پدیدار ساخته است. وی در این مسیر نه ذره ای تردید به دل راه داده و نه لحظه ای احساس  خستگی کرده است و تا آخر قهرمانانه برای تحقق آرمان هایش ایستادگی نموده است.<o:p></o:p><p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; font-size: 16px; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(33, 37, 41); text-align: justify; line-height: 24px; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;">اکنون که محمد حبیبی پیروزمندانه و با افتخار از بند رها شده است و شور و شعف زاید الوصفی جامعه فرهنگیان را فراگرفته است؛ امید است سایر معلمان دربند نیز به زودی آزاد شوند و به جای اینکه معلمان دلسوز در غل و زنجیر باشند و مشمول احکام ظالمانه ای همچون اخراج از آموزش و پرورش شوند به جایگاه واقعی خود یعنی کلاس درس بازگردند و سر منشا تحولات مثبت و ماندگار در سیستم آموزشی ایران باشند و کشتی طوفان زده ی نظام آموزشی ایران را به سر منزل مقصود رهنمون شوند.<o:p></o:p><p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; font-size: 16px; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(33, 37, 41); text-align: justify; line-height: 24px; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;"> ما نه تنها بر این باوریم که فعالان صنفی مانند محمود بهشتی، علی اکبر باغانی، رسول بداقی، محمود باقری، اسماعیل عبدی ، محمد حبیبی ، محمدتقی فلاحی و ... که هدفی جز اعتلای آموزش و فرهنگ این جامعه نداشته و ندارند، نباید با کوچکترین ناملایمتی روبرو شوند، بلکه شایسته می‌دانیم که این گونه کنشگران صنفی، به عنوان بازتاب دهندگان کاستی‌های نظام آموزشی، قدر بینند و بر صدر نشینند.<o:p></o:p><p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; font-size: 16px; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(33, 37, 41); text-align: justify; line-height: 24px; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;"> با این وجود تمامی این عزیزان، احکام ناعادلانه زندان خود را در جهت تحکیم مناسبات جامعه‌ی مدنی پذیرفتند و دوران طولانی آن را کم و بیش، صبورانه تحمل کرده‌اند تا به بهترین شکل نشان دهند که  قانون‌شکنان واقعی و برهم‌ زنندگان امنیت اجتماعی چه کسانی هستند.<o:p></o:p><p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; font-size: 16px; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(33, 37, 41); text-align: justify; line-height: 24px; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;">در همین راستا، از اسماعیل عبدی می‌توان نام برد که اگرچه دوران زندان خود را به پایان رسانده و با بیماری و مشکلات جسمی مختلف دست به گریبان است، اما به بهانه‌‌های واهی از آزادی او، ممانعت به عمل می آورند.  محمد حبیبی نمونه‌‌ی دیگری‌ است که دوران حبس تحمیلی را به تایید مسئولان زندان با بالاترین درجه از بردباری و متانت گذرانده است.<o:p></o:p><p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; font-size: 16px; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(33, 37, 41); text-align: justify; line-height: 24px; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;">لازم به یادآوری‌است آنچه در کنار درخشش نام این معلمان آزاده، معمولاً نادیده می‌ماند، مسئولیت‌پذیری، بردباری، عقلانیت، مداومت درپیگیری‌های حتی روزانه‌ی مسائل حقوقی توسط همسران و پر کردن جای خالی پدر برای فرزندان در حساس‌ترین مراحل زندگی است و هر کدام از این بانوان گرانقدر، می‌توانند الگو و نمونه‌ای باشند برای سایرین.<o:p></o:p><p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; font-size: 16px; font-family: "Times New Roman"; color: rgb(33, 37, 41); text-align: justify; line-height: 24px; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;">کانون صنفی معلمان تهران ضمن تاکید بر قانونی بودن فعالیت‌هایش، عملکرد مستقل، صنفی و مدنی خود و حفظ موضع همواره‌ی این سال‌ها در نفی برخوردهای امنیتی با فعالان صنفی؛ از رویکرد جدید قوه قضاییه در کاهش مجازات حبس استقبال می‌نماید و معتقد است برای مهار بحران‌های متعددی که جامعه و حکومت را به ورطه‌های هولناک می کشاند، لازم است تغییری عمیق در رویکردهای حاکمان در حوزه های اقتصادی، سیاست‌گذاریِ داخلی و خارجی، رویه های قضایی و... در پیش گرفته شود تا مانع گسترش بیشتر شکاف عمیق ایجاد شده میان دولت و ملت گردد.<o:p></o:p><p class="MsoNormal" align="center" dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;
